Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee) says

"Favoritism, fire individuals without a probable cause, makes up rules as they go. I worked there for over 6 years and moved to afternoons for an internship. When I asked about coming back to days due to sonority, they stated that was not a good cause of going to 1st shift. Later, they stated I needed high sonority to switch shifts. Long story short, they are unfair and after 6 years CHOSE not to switch me to days. They picked who they “liked” to move to days.Good pay, but not worth the moneyShort breaks, overtime, prefers temps over full time"

assembler (Former Employee) says

"When I got hired in I was told that once the 90 day period was over for training that they would pick up my contract. Not a problem, I clocked in once at 701am, one minute after open. I never had a problem learning, I did the job fast and efficient. Yesterday, went in, there was nothing to do, I picked up a broom swept and mopped. Manager told me to head home because it was a slow day. On the way home they told me they terminated my contract with NO reason given.8 hours a day 5 days a week. some weekends offshort breaks, no job security"

CNC Operator/Set-up (Former Employee) says

"supervisor on 3rd shift is clueless. i made a dollar more an hour working at walmart when i left this place. if they hire you as a temp everyone around you gets overtime but you do not.breaks, free lunches, co workersmanagement"

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says

"This company is not ideal for everyone that is a people person. You are left to fend for yourself. And then they would negatively critique you because you are not doing it their way which you were never shown."

Senior Key Account Coordinator (Current Employee) says

"The people at Numatics are dedicated and hard working. They take pride in their work and their relationships with all of their customers. A typical day will be fast paced and vary depending on what type of requests are received from the customer."

Materials (Former Employee) says

"They love to take advantage of people through temporary employment agencies. They allow them to work like that for years to avoid having to give them benefits that the employees deserve."

Laborer (Former Employee) says

"Besides mixing urethane, epoxy, and silicone for end seal of filter elements, I was also final inspection prior to shipment of product.I had learned that I had been in manufacturing too long, and that I was capable of more than than repeating the same tasks day after day. I was an employee with this company when I decided I needed to return to school. The facility in which I worked held no promise of any kind of promotion unless you were a family member or close friend of management. Management was very much a very close knit group of people that knew each other very well. The majority of my co-workers had a team-work mentality, we were aware that the ease and outcome of our jobs depended greatly on the performance level of our team members. The most difficult part of the job was dealing with members of the team that didn't feel the need to perform their best. The most enjoyable part working for this company was the terrific people that I had worked with.great co-workers.the slow elimination of benefits."

Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) says

"Fast paced environment but met nice people whilst working there and rate of pay is not bad for the role. However the role was not suited to my personality."

Machinist III Group Leader (Former Employee) says

"The job is good, and the co-workers are great. You do get good raises and for the area of the job, decent pay. The management seems clueless at times and tries to communicate, but fails and leaves everyone confused and with low morale.Good Job, pay, advancementHorrible management, lots of unnecessary overtime"
